Terms of Service
The rules that apply when you use FiveDesk to operate, monitor, or administer a FiveM or QBCore server.
Last updated · May 14, 2026
Welcome to FiveDesk. Before you create a server in the panel, install our resource in your FiveM server, or invite your team, please read these Terms of Service (the “Terms”) carefully. By signing in, installing our resource, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
Definitions
- “Service” means the FiveDesk web panel at fivedesk.site, our public APIs, our WebSocket relay, and the
fivedesk-apiresource installed inside your FiveM server. - “Owner” means the natural person or legal entity that creates a FiveDesk account and registers one or more FiveM servers in the panel.
- “Player” means a person connected to an Owner's FiveM server whose in-game data is processed by the Service on the Owner's behalf.
- “Team Member” means any person the Owner invites to the panel (admin, moderator, viewer).
Acceptance & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an Owner account. By accepting these Terms you represent that you have the authority to bind the legal entity on whose behalf you are registering, if any.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Sub-processors list, form the entire agreement between you and FiveDesk.
Service Description
FiveDesk is a software-as-a-service that connects to your FiveM server via our resource and exposes operational tools in a web dashboard: live player map, ticketing, screenshots, video clips, encrypted database backups, economy controls, analytics, and team access management. Some features are gated by plan tier — see the Pricing section for current limits.
We may add, modify, or remove features over time. Material changes that reduce the functionality of a paid tier will be communicated with reasonable notice.
Account & Security
You are responsible for keeping your credentials (password, API keys, webhook secrets) confidential. Any activity performed under your account is deemed to be your activity. Notify us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering, and keep it current for billing and notifications.
Owner Responsibilities Toward Players
When you install our resource, data about the Players connected to your FiveM server (position, identifier, inventory, chat, etc.) flows through the Service. In the data-protection sense, the Owner is the controller of that Player data and FiveDesk is the processor.
The Owner is responsible for:
- Ensuring a lawful basis exists for processing Player data (for example, disclosing this in the server's rules, EULA, or privacy notice);
- Responding to Player requests regarding their data (access, deletion, correction);
- Granting Team Members only the access they need. Roles are enforced in the panel but the Owner is accountable for who is invited.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation;
- Upload or generate content that is sexual, gratuitously violent, hateful, defamatory, infringing, or that targets a protected group;
- Harass, dox, or endanger Players or Team Members;
- Reverse-engineer, probe, or disrupt the Service, or attempt to access another Owner's data;
- Circumvent plan limits, share seats across unrelated organisations, or resell the Service without written permission;
- Use the Service to operate a FiveM server that itself violates Rockstar Games or FiveM terms, or that promotes illegal gambling, money laundering, or fraud.
We may remove content, suspend features, or terminate accounts that violate this clause, with or without notice depending on severity.
Plan Limits & Fair Use
Each plan (Free, Starter, Pro, Business) defines quantitative limits: team seats, concurrent player slots, analytics retention, storage, and feature availability. Going over a limit may result in feature gating (new uploads rejected, older data rotated out) rather than service interruption, at our discretion.
Automated, excessive, or abusive usage that degrades performance for other customers (e.g., scraping the API beyond documented rate limits) may be throttled or blocked.
Billing, Trials & Refunds
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Tebex. Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes unless stated. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancelling stops the next renewal but does not refund the current period.
14-day refund window. We offer a full refund if you request one within 14 calendar days of your first paid subscription. Email [email protected] from the account email. Refunds do not apply to:
- Renewals after the initial period;
- Requests made after the 14-day window;
- Accounts suspended or terminated for violating these Terms;
- One-time purchases or custom services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Content You Upload
Screenshots, clips, chat logs, database backups and other content uploaded through the Service remain yours (or the Owner's). You grant FiveDesk a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, transmit and display that content solely to operate the Service on your behalf.
Encrypted database backups are zero-knowledge: the encryption key never leaves your browser and we cannot read their contents — see the Privacy Policy for details.
Intellectual Property
The Service — its codebase, UI, brand, and documentation — is owned by FiveDesk and protected by copyright, trademark and related laws. These Terms do not transfer any IP rights to you beyond the right to use the Service per these Terms.
If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, please contact us at [email protected] with enough information to identify the work, the location of the allegedly infringing content, and a good-faith statement of your authority.
Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the panel. We may suspend or terminate your account (with or without notice) for non-payment, a breach of these Terms, or a legal obligation.
On termination, access to the panel ends, scheduled backups stop, and data is retained per the retention schedule in the Privacy Policy before being permanently deleted. You may request an export during any retention period.
Warranties & Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every operational requirement. Third-party services (FiveM itself, Tebex, Cloudflare, Hetzner, etc.) are outside our control.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, FiveDesk's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email to the account address and/or in the panel. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you reject a change, your remedy is to stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts of the city of São Paulo, SP, Brazil, except where mandatory consumer-protection law requires another forum.
